Next workshop: Saturday 8th September with Wayne Clements

The next Writers Forum Workshop – New Series will be on Saturday 8th September at The Barley Mow pub, 127 Curtain Road, London EC2A 3BX (nearest stations: Old Street and Shoreditch High Street). 4pm start, finishing for 6pm. Free admission. Please join us to share your new writing. This month, in addition to the usual workshop, we are pleased to host an extended reading by Wayne Clements, followed by a discussion of his work.

Wayne Clements is a poet and visual artist. He has published poetry in books and magazines, and exhibited artworks internationally. His artworks and poetry are typically programmed using the computer language Perl. He received the Award of Distinction for Net Vision, Prix Ars Electronica 2006.

Wayne completed a practice-based Ph.D. in Fine Art at Chelsea College of Art and Design (2005). He researched the rule-based generation of text using a computer:  His website is: His poetry blog is:
