Next workshop: Saturday 8th July with matt martin

The next Writers Forum Workshop – New Series will be on Saturday 8th July at The Barley Mow pub, 127 Curtain Road, London EC2A 3BX (nearest stations: Old Street and Shoreditch High Street). 4pm start, finishing for 6pm. Free admission. Please join us to share your new writing. This month, in addition to the usual workshop, we are pleased to host an extended reading by matt martin, followed by discussion of his work.

matt martin is the author of spider bite (Kater Murr’s Press) and full spectrum apotheosis (Contraband Books). open parenthesis is forthcoming from Paminar Press. Recent writing has appeared in The Goose, Bedford Square Anthology, 3am Magazine, Purge and For Robert: An Anthology (Electric Crinolines Editions). Work has featured in exhibitions like Visual Poetics (Saison Poetry Library, 2013). matt has run poetry workshops in infant schools and also writes children’s stories which he performs as part of his job at a London museum.
